TraderKidz terms and conditions of use
TraderKidz is a online market place service that allows its users to buy and sell toys, clothes, shoes and sporting equipment from each other. The TraderKidz market place may only be used in accordance with these terms of use. The service provider reserves the right to change these terms of use if required.
Rights of Content
The users themselves retain the right to all text, pictures and other content that they create in the service. The users allow others to utilize the content in accordance with the nature of the service and furthermore allow the service provider to file information and data and make changes that are necessary for the service or the study, however other rights are not transferred from the users, unless specifically otherwise agreed. The responsibility of the content lies with the user, who has produced it to the service. The service provider has the right to remove any material when it deems it necessary.
Disclaimer
No guarantees of the functioning of the TraderKidz market place are given. The users are themselves responsible for their actions in the service and they should estimate the reliability of other users before dealing with them. The service provider can under no circumstances be liable for damage that is caused to the user. The user may not store any information or data in the service, and expect it to remain there.
The Removal of a User
The service provider has the right to remove any users from the TraderKidz market place and terminate their right of use of the service without any specific reason and without being liable for compensation.
Applicable Jurisdiction
The jurisdiction that is applicable in this service and these terms of use is that of New Zealand, unless something else is required by binding law.
No Warranty
TraderKids does not provide any warranty or guarantees for the products sold via the TraderKids website. TraderKidz market place only facilities the transaction by connecting buyers with sellers. No warranty is implied or the responsibility of TraderKidz or the TraderKidz platform.
Reserve the right to remove any listing
This website is aimed at kids and their parents. As such it is not for general household items or products not suitable for children. TraderKidz reserves the right to remove any listing that it deems is not suitable for children.
Listing goods for sale on the TraderKidz market place deems acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Paying by credit card
TraderKidz facilitates payment for Items by credit card, we simply pass on payments made by one Member to another and we aren’t involved in the transaction itself. Sellers are responsible for any refunds.
We have systems in place to reduce the risk of credit card fraud, but we’re not responsible for protecting you from credit card fraud.
Fees
By using our Services, you agree to pay our fees. We may change our fees but will always notify you about fee changes.
We understand that sometimes when a user buys your listing it doesn’t always mean the transaction is completed. If a transaction fails to go through, we’re happy to refund any fees by crediting your bank account. If we need to, we may contact you or other Members about a fee refund request that we’ve received.
